PanTum Detect® — Full Cancer Health Check Blood Test
Prevent · Protect · Prolong
PanTum Detect® is an advanced immunodiagnostic blood test designed to provide early biological insights into more than 200 solid-organ cancer types — often before any symptoms appear. Using just a standard EDTA blood sample, it analyses macrophages (immune cells) for the presence of two universal tumour biomarkers, Apo10 and TKTL1, and combines them into a single actionable score called the Total ApT Score.
What Makes It Different
Unlike conventional cancer screenings that target a single organ or rely on imaging, PanTum Detect® takes a whole-body approach. It works at the cellular and metabolic level, detecting biological signals that indicate abnormal cell growth and altered tumour metabolism — changes that can occur silently in the body long before a tumour becomes clinically visible.
The Science Behind It
The test measures two key biomarkers found in macrophages:
Apo10 (DNaseX) — Elevated levels indicate disruption of programmed cell death (apoptosis), a process closely linked to abnormal and uncontrolled cellular growth across multiple stages of cancer development.
TKTL1 — Elevated levels are associated with altered glucose metabolism and aggressive tumour growth potential, including possible metastatic activity, even in individuals who appear otherwise healthy.
Together, these two biomarkers produce the Total ApT Score — the most informative composite indicator for late-stage cancer protection.
Understanding Your Total ApT Score
- ≤ 245 — Safe Zone: Your score is within the acceptable range. Continue a healthy lifestyle and schedule your annual full-body cancer health check.
- 246–259 — Cancer Risk Reduction & Wellness Zone: Your score calls for focused cancer risk reduction and early-stage tumour monitoring. A repeat full-body check is recommended within 3–6 months as per your doctor’s guidance.
- 260 & Above — Late-Stage Cancer Prevention Zone: You are a PanTum Positive Candidate. Targeted advanced pathology and imaging diagnostics are initiated immediately to reduce the risk of late-stage cancer outcomes.
What Happens After a Positive Result
A positive ApT score triggers a structured, doctor-led follow-up pathway:
- Consult a trained PanTum Prevention Doctor
- Targeted Pathology Assessments — advanced pathology tests and tissue biopsy to confirm malignancy
- Targeted Advanced Imaging — MRI, CT, PET-CT and more, covering 200+ solid-organ cancer types
- Diagnosis Confirmation or Exclusion — identify, confirm, or rule out malignancy
- Timely Intervention & Longevity — life-saving protection through early treatment
This targeted approach limits per-cancer-event diagnostic costs to a maximum of ₹2 to ₹5 lakh per pre-tested candidate — significantly reducing the financial burden of late-stage cancer discovery.
Who Is It For
PanTum Detect® is designed for proactive individuals who want comprehensive, early biological insight into their cancer risk — before symptoms arise, before late-stage diagnosis, and before the financial and physical toll of advanced cancer treatment becomes unavoidable.
Consult your healthcare professional for appropriate evaluation and follow-up. PanTum Detect® is a screening aid and should be used as part of a broader health monitoring programme.
